"Summer Art Fair on the Square." 

The annual Summer Art Fair on the Square was held August 5 downtown 
(Noblesville).  Participation in this show is by invitation only.  This year's 
lineup included Randall Scott Harden, who founded the art fair; Deborah 
C. Wofford; J. Rodney Reveal; Rebecca Higgins; Rich Ernsting; 
Beth Forst; and Russel Waggoner. The Noblesville Cultural Arts 
Commission took over sponsorship this year, organizing and 
promoting the event.
